American Thanksgiving in Stockholm!

Read all about how I hosted a potluck-style dinner for 15 people in my Stockholm apartment!
It started with my friend, Leo, coming to visit and to see the city. We spent a day exploring the city and getting all the food/alcohol that we needed for the big day! We hit up the Nordiska Museam with lots of Nordic history, some old churches,
Then it was time to get Turkey Prepping! I had 2 turkeys this year, because they only came in 12 lb birds at the store. So to make sure we had enough plus extra for 15 people (thank you mom for ensuring I always make waaaay too much food for large gatherings) and I asked everyone to bring a dish - Potluck Style!
We had so many leftovers, I was literally eating turkey and turkey broth for two weeks! But it turned out so delicious and everyone was satisfied and stuffed.
It was a great time overall, but I think I'll forego a full American Thanksgiving next time! Too much to organize! But I was quite pleased with how it turned out.
