The pastry I've had the most, hands down, is the Cinnamon Roll. Kanelbulle, pronounced can-yell-boo-lay, is a Swedish staple... I think? I don't know how traditionally Swedish it is, but it has 100% been adopted by the culture(kultur) at large.
