The Northern Lights! Try 1

We sort of saw them!

These pictures are honestly better than the actual event was in real life. I went with my flatmates, Denny and Anna, to a park in Nacka Strand which was about 15 minutes away by car. We climbed through a small forest area and came out on this viewpoint of the city. Stockholm is off to the left.

We waited about an hour, and right when we thought it wasn't worth it anymore, we saw some green lights in the distance. They were quite faded, and very subtle. They seemed to move and become more distinct. They worked their way higher and to the right, until dissipating somewhere out of the screen.

It was very cool at first...

It was a bit anti-climatic. I would be very excited to see them at another time, maybe when I am farther north in Sweden. I will post again when I try again!
